Barcelona´s modernism

The construction works were started by Lluis Domènech i Montaner form 1902 to 1912 but from that year to the end of the works in 1930 the project was finished Domènech i Montaner' son Pere Domènech i Riura.


This modernism jewel has many towers and diferent buildings all conected to the magnificent main entrance.


Impresive is the main entrance starway, the islamic brushes of the ceiling, the circular multicolored towers in wich the architect uses tiles and the many small gardens round the interior.
