Barcelona´s modernism

Created by Puig i Cadafalch, the same architect that constructed "Casa Amatller", "Casa de les Puntxes", "Casa Muntadas", to mention some.
Well known all over Barcelona as "Els Quatre Gats", within this building were regular to see personalities like Picasso, Rusiñol and Casas together for coffee.




This modernism building centers its decoration on the catalan art and some influences on the gothic.
Interesting are the works on iron. From here you are a step away from Catalunya squ. From one side, Pass of Gracia from the other and almost into de Gothic Quarter.
