Barcelona´s interesting places

The Olimpic Stadium is located on the Pg. Olimpico, 17. Totally reconstructed for the 1992´s Olympic Games, just next to it there is a building that is part of the cultural and social life of the city many years now, the Palau St. Jordi.
This is a creation of the japanese "Arata Isozaki", the square in front of it has the name of "Utsuroshi" constructed by the former´s wife " are made of metal trees.




This incredible building can convert it self into a 3.500 m/3 pool for many indoor windsurf and jet-ski competitions.
But equally can convert it self into a gigantic slalum where ski-snow competitions take place.
From here one can admire the huge Catalatraba tower, (FOTO), constructed by the authors same name for the 1992´s Olympic Games.
